What are your office/tour hours?
Office is open 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., HST (Hawaii Standard Time).
Tour vary between 2 hours 30 minutes and 5 hours depending on tour selection.

Where Hawaii are you on?
We are located in Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii. Pick up and drop off locations are ONLY available in this area.
How can I make a reservation?
You may make a reservation online at our website at arnottslodge.com, or you may call our front desk staff at (808)494-7050 during normal office hours.

Can I change my reservation?
Yes, you may change the dates of your reservation by email or by phone outside of 48 hours to your arrival date. If you made your reservation with a third party agent, you must contact them to make any changes. No changes will be allowed within 48 hours of the reservation.
Whats your cancellation policy?
All cancellations will be charged a $49 booking fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of your check-in date, you are not eligible for any refund.​​

Whats your damage/cleaning policy?
All damages and cleanings within the tour will be included within the tour pricings.

Do you charge my card at the time of reservation/take deposit?
Yes, we will charge full payment for all tours to save reservation.

Can I pay with a debit card or a travel cash card?
Yes, you can. Please be aware that for both of these types of payment.
What is your check-in time?
8:30 a.m. We may check you in early. There are no late check ins after 8:00pm

Is alcohol/smoking allowed?
No, Smoking and drinking on our tours are prohibited

Is there an age limit?
No, There is no age limit to any of our tours. All ages are welcomed.
Is there a minimum and maximum amount of passengers on each tour?
Yes, A minimum amount of 1 passenger are allowed on each tour and a maximum of 5 passenger allowed on each tour.

Do you provide food on your tours?
No, we suggest you come prepared with any food or snacks you may need for the duration of the tour. We recommend a light meal for your tours.

Food will not be provided on our tours, However we will stop at some of our favorite food areas to eat towards the ending of our tours.
Can I see lava?/Is red lava visible on the island?
It all depends if the lava is actively flowing and if it’s accessible. We can point you towards companies that have done these hikes in the past, and may be doing them now.
